January 17, 2008 You ain’t gone git outta Texas (Megan)

Well, kittens, we've made it through another day. One low-fuel scare, a sore throat, and a row of colorful cadillacs half buried in the irrigated and over-utilized Amarillo soil later, we're here in Santa Rosa, New Mexico anticipating the turquoise and terracotta of Santa Fe. The cadillacs were pretty cool, and we even traveled a short stretch of the historic Route 66 when we went through Tucumcari, N.M., and we got some good pics in today. Enjoy!
